Kenneth Carlson
Chief Executive Officer
Ken is responsible for guiding the company’s long term vision, locating quality business opportunities and investments, developing new relationships, as well as providing director level financial, management, marketing and operational consultation to our Business Development customers.
Ken has an unparalleled background in starting new businesses, recruiting and leading successful management teams, raising capital and successfully bringing companies to public markets. He has launched several businesses and has been in senior advisory or management positions in energy, healthcare and other domestic and international industries.
Demonstrating his ability to manage intensely competitive, high tech, complicated and high risk businesses in highly regulated environments; Ken has 40 years experience in the airline industry, designing, starting and managing airlines. He was crucial to the successful launch and operation of Midway Airlines, New York Air, and most recently, MaxJet, a low-cost transatlantic carrier operating Boeing 767 wide body aircraft. He obtained the start-up financing and was the company’s CEO through the start-up phase.
Ken graduated from Louisiana State University in 1967. He is married and lives in Dallas, Texas. He travels frequently on business trips and for pleasure.
Adam Carlson
President
Adam is responsible for the daily operations of the company and heads up the Web Development and Information Technology side of the business. He is also instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and providing support to all of CarlsonDevCo’s customers.
Adam has over six years of experience in Financial and Operational Management in small to medium sized businesses. He is also currently serving as CFO for an Internet Media start-up which has rapidly become a leading company in it’s space.
Adam lives in Houston, Texas and enjoys playing golf, traveling for business and pleasure, and spending time with family and friends.
